"The cabin is accurately pictured and was clean and cozy. We had a problem with the remote needing batteries but we were pleasantly surprised that they came out that night to replace them, so 5 star service! The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect score is that we felt the road leading to the cabin was downplayed when we inquired about it. "Definitely a new experience, a very interesting and fun trip. This one will stand out. Staying in a train car was a first for us and the animals were great. Store and game room on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Seems remote, however, short drive to grocery store, restaurants and just a little farther to Walmart. Great getaway. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!"
