We had a problem with the remote needing batteries but we were pleasantly surprised that they came out that night to replace them, so 5 star service! "What a great spring break vacation. It was my husband, son (11), our dog and myself. The cabin was very nice and spacious. We loved the game rooms downstairs where my son and I would team up to try and beat dad. The hot tub was very nice to relax in.
