"Very clean. The place was well located and the price compared to other hotels was good. I wish the closet door opened the other way so as not to get in the way of the bathroom doors. I also would’ve preferred some shelves in the closet and COFFEE in the lobby would’ve been such a nice thing. Starbucks is next door, but their drip machines were broken, so each morning it was nearly $15 for two coffees. Yes, coffee in the lobby or at the bar would be great. "

"Amazing Balcony Views from 17th Floor Suite. Helpful Staff at front desk. Loved the Welcome Drinks tokens. Cool Club free access for resdients. Spotless Large Room with incredible wrap around balcony for suite. The views of Manhattan from Freedom Tower to Empire STate were incredible. "

"It was our daughter’s tenth birthday and they gave us a free upgrade to the 43rd floor. Gorgeous view! It was our first time in NYC and we can’t wait to go back. Beautifully located in the middle of time square. Subway access right at the corner. Times eatery across the street was delicious. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. "
