"Good"

"The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel next to a major airport. Hotel was busy with people coming and going all the time as you would expect. But as a regular traveller for work, what stood out was the staff. This was a personal trip with my family so had 2 excited and tired children with us. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and fully engaged with them while we sorted the usual paperwork items. Every other member of staff we interacted with also seemed engaged and happy to help. Many thanks."

"Room was quite tiny (on the 7th floor) but it was clean and comfortable, just a bit small. I have stayed at this hotel previously and been allocated a much larger room. Breakfast was good, they were very efficient at filling up the dishes on the buffet. Staff were polite and the hotel overall was clean and tidy."

"Shuttle was a big plus. You still pay for it but it is about a quarter of what you pay for a trip to terminal 5. Also having the real time flight information on a monitor at the lobby was very useful. "
