"I was in Puerto Rico with family to take my moms ashes back to her hometown. The original place I had booked had a busted pipe so we had to move. The owner was prompt to respond, had unit cleaned, and we were able to access it sooner than expected. The house is in a great neighborhood not far from the beach or shopping. This place is great, the beds are all comfortable, The patio is a nice size has a ping pong table and there's a grill to BBQ on. The kitchen is a tad bit small but does not lack...

"The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. "Family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home and we fit comfortably. Host was very patient with us and responded quickly with any questions I had through email, text and call. Back yard is even better in person than in pictures. It does not have central air throughout the home but that was not an issue. "This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....
