"This condo had a fabulous, clean, bright vibe. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon naps on the balcony. We appreciated being able to follow the changing colors of the ocean. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. If we had to be super picky, the shower curtain could be lower to avoid flooding the floor, a few more chairs on the deck would be nice, and I'd put sliders on the dining chairs so they workshop be as noisy.
