"Nice apartment and everything as advertised and what we expected. The gate control is in the apartment and you have to get it first before being able to drive in. The key to the pedestrian gate is in the lock box at gate #8 where you drive in. It really should be at gate #14 which is the closest to the apartment in others to get the Gate control for the car."

"It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. Nice when spoken to. Fairly near to everything. We would definitely rent again. Thank you so much "

"Family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home and we fit comfortably. Host was very patient with us and responded quickly with any questions I had through email, text and call. Back yard is even better in person than in pictures. It does not have central air throughout the home but that was not an issue. "We were very happy with our villa! It had lots of space for seven people, we were never tripping over each other. The grounds were beautiful and manicured. The villa was very clean, but if I had one small critique, it would be to add some fresh caulking to the kitchen and the master bath. it was clean, the caulking made it look like it was not clean. Fresh caulking would just give it that extra shine We had an awesome time there and would definitely stay again!"

"Never did I think spending time in the mountains could be so enjoyable and booji…in the best way! Super Hosts Sarah and Jason are attentive, available and amazing. Their little slice of paradise is comfortable, ample and the sounds of the island abound with birds, coqui, and roosters. We ate fresh papaya and cooked escabeche of green bananas from their land. "I’ve stayed at other locations there this place is amazing. Beautiful and spacious a/c works great. Laundry there in apartment. My other brothers stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath one and that was freaking nice!!! "Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
