"The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It is in a separate building; there are no living quarters above or below. The air conditioning worked well. The hurricane blinds block out the light, so you don’t wake up at dawn. We had no problem finding on street parking.The photos on VRBO depict a well maintained residence, however we had some issues.There was a leak in the ensuite bathroom bathtub when we arrived. "Family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home and we fit comfortably. Host was very patient with us and responded quickly with any questions I had through email, text and call. Back yard is even better in person than in pictures. It does not have central air throughout the home but that was not an issue. Since it’s high up opening the windows does allow a nice breeze to come in. All bedroom do have their own AC and they work fabulous begged my husband to turn it up at night and one room turned...

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"The 4 bedroom/4 1/2 bathroom unit was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It is located across from the community pool and about a 10 minute walk from a lovely small beach at the Embassy Suites. There is a nice backyard area with a grill as well as outdoor patios. The unit was clean, has great artwork, comfortable beds, nice bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and beach/pool towels and chairs were provided. Communication was great prior to, during, and following our visit."
