"When the entire island Puerto Rico had a black out, fortunately my hotel had its own generators, so didnt affect my stay. I was able to find street parking for my car rental, available wash and dry machine. House keeping on point. I didnt see any bugs in my room. The area is also more on the quiet side. "

"The service was horrible. I didn’t even stay there. They was rude before I got there. Try to charge extra charges on me for checking in. I contacted customer service and customer service told me that I couldn’t get my refund back. What a waste of time with them and you. "

"The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. "
