"The house was perfect for our family. The location was very good. We enjoyed going to the beaches in the morning and playing in the pool after nap time. The littles loved the space and the swing chairs and hammock. The kitchen had all appliances, even an espresso machine, which my kids loved. Loved having a washer/dryer that worked. "The small apartment is just minutes from the strip and beach walking. The host was excellent: available, handy, and welcoming. I would recommend my own friends and family here. "This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"The Villa has a strange setup with the living and kitchen in different buildings but it was very clean and nice. We were thankful for the generator as the power was out for about 24 hours and it kept up very well. The owners were very attentive to some minor issues we had. Grocery and restaurants were in walking distance which was very convenient since we had no car. The fix a trip concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. We had a wonderful time!"

"This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!"

"Six of us gathered for a long weekend. The house was a couple blocks from the beach and a block from the main drag, perfectly situated. Bedrooms were good size, two large main suites, a bed for everyone. There were some water temp challenges in the bathroom shower off the kitchen. Pool was nice, limited sun exposure, however is pleasant. Access to main bedroom And backyard deck is a fun skip across some pool platforms. And two rooms open onto the pool too! "People were friendly and helpful. Lobby and lobby bathrooms were kept spotless and always smelled freshly cleaned. Looks like there are renovations in progress. We had a room on the seventh floor. Room was essentially clean but in need of refurbishing. Only real complaint is that the linens on one of our beds had not been changed before we arrived (not a bed we used)."

Great stay before our cruise!

"We had a great stay for 2 nights prior to our. Cruise! Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. The bed & pillows left a little to be desired & the loud exhaust from some of the cars at night was a little loud, but nothing to prevent us from staying here again! We enjoyed the bar for lunch & the pool area was very nice! Great stay!"

"Great Stay in the Heart of Old San Juan! This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Old San Juan, surrounded by charming shops, excellent coffee spots, and plenty of restaurants serving delicious traditional Puerto Rican food. It was the ideal base for exploring the historic area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was professional and accommodating. While there was no iron or ironing board in the room, they quickly provided a clothes steamer, which was a nice alternative. We had a balcony near the street, which meant it could get a bit loud at times, but the unbeatable location more than made up for it. If you’re driving, there are multiple parking garages within a 5-10 minute walk, so I recommend dropping off your bags before parking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
