"This property is not what I booked!! I booked a whole home on Green Island with a jacuzzi exactly what it says & I ended up in a 2 flight walk up basic room, the host didn't even speak English or get back in touch with me even though I texted him & told him I didn't speak Spanish. He didn't communicate with me for 3 days since I arrived until I told him that I wanted a full refund!!"

"Beautiful property located in the mountains. You don’t need an SUV to get to the location but there are a few steep paved roads you have to pass through to get to the property. One thing that wasn’t On the listing is that they have a big trailer on the property on the right side of the home so we really didn’t have yard space and it appeared that someone was either living in the trailer or spending lots of time there. Other than that the property matched the listing. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the flexibility of the host. "

"My friend and I had an incredible stay here! The place was clean and comfortable, beautiful location and safe neighborhood. Communication with Anibal was great, he was very quick to respond and give recommendations. We had an issue with the key when we arrived and Anibal sent over his brother within minutes to help us. He had all the kitchen and bathroom essentials (more than most other airbnbs). I think the only things I would add are a hairdryer, bottle of oil for cooking and extra blankets....
