"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"Noemi’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip! She met us when we first arrived to give us access and a little tour - super short and sweet. The place was clean and layout was easy. The pool and back yard was something we just couldn’t leave - we had a lot of activities planned but kept coming back to be in the pool and cook out on the grill. Grocery store was less than 5 minutes and we saw some bars we wanted to go to within walking distance, but the pool kept calling. I’d definitely come...

"My friend and I had an incredible stay here! The place was clean and comfortable, beautiful location and safe neighborhood. Communication with Anibal was great, he was very quick to respond and give recommendations. We had an issue with the key when we arrived and Anibal sent over his brother within minutes to help us. He had all the kitchen and bathroom essentials (more than most other airbnbs). I think the only things I would add are a hairdryer, bottle of oil for cooking and extra blankets....

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this location because they provided all the amenities necessary during our stay. It is located in the heart of the town with all the resources such as stores, restaurants, and attractions to explore. Despite the island having a power outage during our visit, they were prepared to fulfill with their solar panels, we never suffer from tne lack of power. I wouldn’t think twice on staying at this air b&b again. Thank you for having us."

"Location is accesible to everything. Spacious, clean and quiet. Bedding, pillows and towels could use a refresher along with common areas. Place is well located. Be mindful that your GPS can send you to residents only entrance instead of the main entrance. Pay attention to the address; is a corner unit, and the 19th picture on the listing shows you what you are looking for. "
