"The property was so sweet. We absolutely loved it. Pete and Liamm were so helpful, kind and considerate. I had a full moon fire ceremony to conduct and thought their fireplace in the backyard would work beautifully, however with it being on a week the music form the Malecon was too loud. Pete and Liamm suggested a place on the beach that ended up being perfect. Their assistance was exceptional. When we go again, we will be sure to book during the week to avoid the loud music of the weekend. "

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"House and Host Naomi were fantastic! Check in was a breeze and house was just as described. Extremely clean, and well appointed . Backyard and pool are breathtaking! Naomi was an exceptional host. She met us at check in and explained everything about the house. She was extremely kind and super friendly. She checked in with us during our stay and gave a ton of excellent recommendations. "I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. I will definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you...

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."

The host kind and responsive -even providing some basic kitchen ingredients. House was squeaky clean and clutter free and bathrooms were luxurious. We loved the games. Pool was a comfortable enough temperature to swim in even in December without a heater. My only issue -and this is no fault of the owner -was the unbearably loud traffic noise due to the proximity...
