"We stayed here for one night after a ten hour flight from Los Angeles. Easy to get to from Terminal 2. The check in staff was very nice and accommodating . The room, although a bit small was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of USB ports. The only negative was the carpet had some stains. The breakfast was very good with many options. The breakfast staff did a great job. We will definitely stay there again."

"I took my wife here as part of her birthday celebration. We went to cirque du soleil at the Royal Albert Hall so a very convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and my wife received a cake and bubbly for her birthday. Although the bed was a bit too hard, the room was lovely. "

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Thistle and by far the best. We stayed in room 672 which is a suite and was huge, with 2 separate rooms and decent bathrooms. We ate in the bar but didn't go for the breakfast. And of course, the viewing area for the airport was fully open allowing us to spot planes, which is why we visited the hotel"

"Nice place to be close to one of the main London shopping arteries - easily to get anywhere in town. A busy and packed hotel, great if you like the buzz of an "American hotel" experience - which I do. Breakfast ok but certainly better value than some of the fashionable eateries on the high street. "
