"The room was a bit tired but the lobby area and restaurant were much better. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large selection freshly prepared. This made up for the downfall in the presentation of the room. I almost forgot, even being right on a very busy road and aircraft landing behind that we heeard no noise. So very quiet. "

"The interior decor and condition of the interior was fabulous. I was really surprised and delighted. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were so helpful. "

"Likes - Staff friendly and helpful. Close to transport. Continental breakfast good value. Comfy bed, clean and tidy. Several good cafes nearby. Dislikes - The lead for the electric kettle on desk is not long enough to reach power outlet."

"This hotel is fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds nice big walk in shower. Being right at the airport terminal is a bonus. No shuttle required in the morning to catch your flight. The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. North American holiday Inn Express should all have this much selection. So many hot and cold food choices. Gilbert and his team do a fantastic job looking after guests. Way to go Gilbert! The fish and chips in the sister hotel restaurant are amazing. I would recommend trying them! Overall I would stay here again next time I am in the UK and recommend this hotel to all Canadians and Americans travelling to the UK. "
