"Such a stunning hotel in a very quiet, yet convenient location. We had booked a stay-cation for a girls trips and everything was exactly as described. There were a couple small issues but after speaking with the wonderful staff, they got it all sorted for us. Would definitely be back."

"I booked this hotel for its closeness to the Formula 1 track at Albert Park and it was great. The easy access to the tram either to the city or for entrance options for the track was excellent. The staff however need to be informed of what is happening with special events and more about Melbourne to support their customers. I was given incorrect information twice. The parking underneath is easy & a fair rate just make sure how the ticketing works is explained correctly. The room was clean & neat...

"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."
