"Exceptional location and amenties. The superb contemporary decor is fun and relaxed. We booked a king corner which is 35sq which was spacious for our needs. It has a huge bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The room was very quiet and the gorgeous curtains made it dark for sleeping in the soooo comfortable bed. The service was brilliant and the staff super friendly. The digital concierge was excellent and digital check in and out was super convenient. There are a few things I feel could be improved. Access to the rooftop pool is via stairs after exiting the lift and may be difficult if for anyone with mobility issues. Also, I would have liked a greater selection of in room food service options after 10pm. However, there is a fabulous mini bar!! Overall an excellent stay."

The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Melbourne, with everything you need just a short walk away. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. I stayed in the King Suite, and it was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were super plush, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day out. Another highlight was the superfast internet, which made streaming, work, and browsing effortless—a definite bonus for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, The Stamford Plaza continues to exceed my expectations with its excellent service, prime location, and top-notch amenities. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Melbourne!"

"Was a pleasure to be back, staff here are the best from reception to cleaning staff. Left hotel and realised i had left clothes behind. A big thanks to cleaning staff for sending my property to lost items. If there is any problem here it’s the windows for City view rooms. It’s well overdue they were cleaned externally."

"The Langham is a magnificent hotel and the staff are brilliant . Unfortunately a building next door is being demolished and the resulting noise is very annoying ( started drilling at 7.25am finished at 5.25pm. The hotel staff tried their best but the noise is a big problem . However it won’t stop us staying there in future "
