"There was only one problem the phone in the room was ringing at 12 midnight , the next day it was half one in the night then six o'clock in the morning and seven the same day when we pick it up there was no answer.they said it was a fault but they had problems before but didn't tell us."

"The hotel was clean, it smells fresh and welcoming as you walk in. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. The pool felt small but we did go Easter weekend so expected it to be busy. We had run out of tea/coffee/milk in the room and asked reception, it was a matter of 2-4 minutes before we got it, we were not expecting such a quick service. They also had activity packs for children and easter egg hunt which was a lovely...
