"This house is exceptional in its location and amenities! The golf cart made it a less than 2 minute trip to the beach. The beach was not crowded and allowed us some quieter mornings by the ocean. The pool was a perfect size, well maintained, and a welcome respite in the afternoon. The main living area was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and evenings we stayed in. Would stay here again and definitely recommend our hosts who were quick to respond and helpful...

"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean on arrival, everything was even better than advertised. Lana has so many nice touches for travelers little extras that so many places don’t provide. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there and the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and while being a smaller place there was plenty of room for us to visit with our daughter and her boyfriend that live close by. I couldn’t have asked...

"Everything about the property was great and as listed. The last time we were in PCB we were at the east end near Schooners. It was quiet and relaxed. This location is on the West end which is very busy. If you sleep in the front bedroom be aware that if you Sleep in the front bedroom that the bar across the street is can be noisy at night. aware that it will be noisy from "

"This worked out perfectly for us since it was right on the beach. There were a couple of people in our group with mobility issues and we could hang out on the deck to enjoy the ocean while those who were able could go right out to the beach. If we had taken advantage of the full capacity of the home with extended family as we had initially planned, privacy would have been an issue as there are 4 rooms that can each sleep 2 and the other sleeping spots are all in the living/family rooms. But...

"This home is not family friendly. There were exposed wires through the house. TVs were not connected to anything and were not smart TVs, WiFi did not work, front door was difficult to close, and a window was missing, but patched with duct tape. On a brighter note, the management company was great. Quick to respond and helped us find an alternative location at the same price point. "

"We fell in love with the house. Very clean, comfortable and quite functional. Near everything we wanted to do. Safe neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Hated we left 3 days early due to our concerns over Hurricane Helene. We will most assuredly book again in the Future. Only downfall: need new mattresses for a better nights sleep and they are working on water temperature.. Hosts very prompt with help. "
