We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was way more than enough space to be comfortable! Could definitely fit 6 adults and 6 kids comfortably. Pool is perfect for cooling off. Golf cart is perfect for scooting around town. Location is perfect for families, situated among Christian dorm housing, I was never concerned for riff raff."

"Great place for large groups as it has separate sleeping quarters; several bedrooms on the 3rd level one with a king sized bed and bedroom with king sized bed and bunkbeds downstairs. Deck off the lower level with access to the beach just steps away. and a deck off the 2nd floor where there is a dinning room, kitchen and bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and they have a dishwasher. Neighbors are great and very helpful. "
