"Tranquility was just that! This home is right on the beach in a row of houses. You pretty much have the beach to yourself but all the fun is right around the corner! Great location. The home is older and has lots of character. Very clean and everything you need. The swing is nestled in the dunes with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf. Morning coffee was a must on the swing. On cooler days we sat in the big hot tub with drinks and listened to music while viewing the beach. Beds were...

Although we knew of the very limited supplies that might be there - we were a bit surprised to find only 4 hangers, no drawer space & limited shelving for our clothes. "First off Ben was an amazing host! The condo/townhome was clean and beautifully decorated and just my style! Loved the colors and personality of the place! It’s a gated community so we felt safe . I had my dog “Rip” and we took our walks every morning and of an evening it was comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely stay again and this may possibly be my forever go to place every year . "

We reported it to the leasing company only to be told that it worked last week and we would be charged if they sent someone and there wasn’t anything wrong with it. They ended up sending a technician who did find the problem but was told he couldn’t replace the part."

"Easy beach access, plenty of room. Trash wasn’t picked up the week we were there from holiday weekend. Wanted to cookout on the grill provided, no propane. We bought one and was reassured that I would be reimbursed. But all and all we always have a great vacation . "

"We fell in love with the house. Very clean, comfortable and quite functional. Near everything we wanted to do. Safe neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Hated we left 3 days early due to our concerns over Hurricane Helene. We will most assuredly book again in the Future. Only downfall: need new mattresses for a better nights sleep and they are working on water temperature.. Hosts very prompt with help. "

"The house if very conveniently located. It was so nice to just be able to walk across the street and be on the beach, but to also have the pool in the back yard. It was not an issue for us, but for some people, it could be a problem that the only access to the upstairs is from outside. Communication with property owners was excellent. The area was very nice. No complaints!"
