Found out after booking that home is pet tolerant but not friendly, keep pets off furniture, out of bedrooms and pick up their poop or you will get fined. Master bedroom is nice, beds are very comfortable but you can hear every time someone goes up or downstairs because they all creak, and you hear every toilet flush and all...

"We would highly recommend this home (VRBO). The property, home, and rental price exceeded expectation. Our host (Sheena) was very responsive and returned our text within minutes of receiving. The property owner installed a firepit with plenty of firewood prior to our arrival, which we enjoyed so much. The home was very clean with a surplus of supplies & the grandchildren enjoyed all of the snacks provided. We will be returning this summer. 10 STAR RATING!"

"Kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances but there is definitely room for improvement overall. Problem with various doors locking & staying locked. King room door would not shut. Kitchen door had glass panel missing. Lump of wood fixed to floor near bedrooms was a trip hazard. Bolts sticking out near front door also a hazard. "The property was absolutely perfect!!! The host had everything we could’ve needed there and available. Even went out of their way to allow me some extra that I won’t mention. The burgers were great by the way!!!! lol it was VERY homie and cleanliness was top notch. The kids weren’t really thrilled about the black and white tv or watching dvds but I loved it!! It wasn’t just a gated home but a gated community well off the beaten path!! The listing said secluded and that’s exactly what we got!!...

"We really enjoyed this newer house on the pond. We used the kayaks and canoes to paddle around and fish. The backyard is big enough for a family wiffle ball or football game. The house is beautifully decorated and they left the lights on for our late arrival! Lots of towels and necessities. We didn’t make it to Blue Springs but definitely want to go next time! "
