"Great location right next to the pool. HVAC is the worst part of the unit, very hot during the day there, but cooled down a little at night. Would suggest bringing fans. Lots of Ants in Master bathroom, Master bedroom door didn’t lock- not good! Everything else was fantastic. Check in was super easy. Thank you."

"Our stay at this VRBO had both positives and negatives. On the upside, the property is in a quiet, older neighborhood, making it a peaceful retreat. The owners were responsive and helpful when we reached out, and the home had great amenities that added to our comfort.However, there were some major downsides. Upon arrival, the keypad was dead which made checking in a longer process than necessary. Boring to us that this property was not maintained in a while. The cleanliness was disappointing....

The condo is right across from the tennis courts so that was a plus. We couldn't figure out how to get the lights on the second night but it was okay- we played the night before. "We enjoyed our stay and Michael was great to work with. I would say that the description and pictures were accurate but the condo itself was bigger than I thought. Everything was clean but definitely a bit outdated which was fine, would just suggest maybe updating the bathrooms soon. Loved that my kids had their own room and bathroom but for some reason the 2nd room always stayed a bit warm/humid but there were multiple fans in the master closet so we put a couple in there. Tara was in communication with us the whole time and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
