"We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl. It was a quick and easy walk to the pool and beach. Home was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella and pack n’ play. Teri was the most supportive and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again one day! "

"Our Serenity was a fantastic condo! Has literally everything you could ever need. Very well stocked and lots of storage space. The neighborhood and all of Edgewater resort is very nice and the tram over to the beach was the best thing ever Beach chairs, kids toys and lots of extras. Easy Uber access for pick up/drop offs. We had a wonderful time. Loved this condo….only 1 negative was the queen room beds were not real great. Could maybe use replacement but overall everything else was fantastic!!!"

"Great location right next to the pool. HVAC is the worst part of the unit, very hot during the day there, but cooled down a little at night. Would suggest bringing fans. Lots of Ants in Master bathroom, Master bedroom door didn’t lock- not good! Everything else was fantastic. Check in was super easy. Thank you."

"The villa was stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. It was a short walk to the nearest pool and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, you can catch the tram for a faster trip if you desire. The villa was very quiet at night which made sleeping that much easier after a day at the beach and enjoying the hot sun. Our only 1 complaint would be the shower had little flow coming from it."

"Everything was absolutely incredible from the house to the hosts...Great ocean views, close proximity to the beach, Was great relaxing in the hot tub watching football. It's close to all the attractions. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 to spread out. Jeff responds immediately to any questions...Even the pool guy was super friendly. We vacation twice a year and this house and Host are by far the easiest and nicest place we have stayed. We have stayed at more expensive places but not...
