The hot tub needs a little work - filter change (which we reported while there, pool guy came and did not change it). The pool area is very relaxing. "This is an old property that has been patched up from the moment I walked in the door I knew we had been overcharged for what we got. It is advertised as a three bedroom two bath one bathroom is literally 6‘ x 6‘. I measured it. One bedroom is a garage that has been converted to a bedroom and the garage door tracks are actually sticking through the wall with spray foam insulation around it .
