"Our 4th time staying here, staff are amazing as always and rooms are beautiful. Only gripe this trip was that the water in the room we were in must not have been used in awhile, as it took a few minutes to clear up and get hot, and then the temperature of the rooms was way too hot for me. To my best efforts it doesnt appear you can control the room temp anymore (switch to AC for example), and it wasnt noticable until it was late at night, so no staff on site. Regardless, wont stop us from coming...

"We were in Vancouver for the Eras Tour and the location of this was just perfect. Right next to a rail line and plenty of dining options nearby. They were able to get us in early to drop our bags which was a huge help. The check in/check out is a bit of a struggle if you have a car but that’s life in the city. All in all a great stay. "

"We stays in this apartment already second time and everything was great! Apartment is clean and cozy and hase beautiful view in all directions. We had everything that we need in the apartments. The location is convenient and close to many restaurants, T&T supermarket, arena, Science museum. Skytrain station is just around the corner. Parking space in the secured underground garage is very helpful. We'll be happy to come again. "

" I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The noise from the SkyTrain and the nearby arena made it difficult to sleep, making this place more suitable for a party atmosphere. The shower only provided cold water, and amenities were unavailable until after 11 AM. Additionally, I was frustrated to learn that my deposit wouldn't be refunded for three weeks. On the positive side, the place was clean, parking was easy, and the location was central, but unfortunately, the overall experience...
