"We had a quick overnight stay between flights. Our morning flight was too early to take advantage of the free breakfast. So the front desk receptionist offered us a bagged breakfast for the morning. We were given a very filling breakfast of 2 biscuits, a muffin, a yogurt, and an apple each. We even ate some on the plane and avoided buying an overpriced and under nourished meal. We will stay there again. "

"The shuttle bus drivers, the first one wanted to know if I was going to the airport, I replied I’m already at the airport I need to go to the hotel and it was so dark my friend missed a step getting on the bus and hurt her leg, at the hotel the next morning our new driver taking us to the airport wasn’t exactly a friendly guy I know it’s not in his job description to smile but it does help."

"We came here for the Eras tour. It was perfect location to walk 12 min to BC Place. Staff was so friendly and eras tour theme. Photo spots and friendship bracelets in the hotel waiting for us. We had a corner room with king bed. Very nice and cozy robes. I loved this boutique hotel. Staff was awesome and sooo friendly. We had a great time. "
