"This is a hostel, not a hotel, so my rating is based on that. Don't book this expecting a hotel experience. Hotel rooms were outrageously expensive for the days I was in Chicago, so finding this saved me so much money. I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom that was immaculately clean (if a bit run down) and served my purposes wonderfully.
