"Have stayed here on numerous occasions, but the last was pre-Covid. Staff are nice, food in restaurant good. Surprised to see the conditions of the room has somewhat gone downhill. The hotel is in dire need of an uplift. The room I stayed in could use a new coat of paint and some remodeling. Not sure how old the hotel is, but there is a need to upgrade and remodel. Perhaps Covid had an impact and the hotel could not afford to make necessary improvements, but hopefully they’re in a better...

"First off, I just want to say my girlfriend was mad at me for picking this property mostly because of location-she'd lived in Chiang Mai for many years and knew the area. I honestly was impressed by the property, as it was clean and modern and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We got our room and although it was clean and modern, it had a loft bedroom.
