"From the moment I stepped out of the Taxi and the Doorman took my suitcase and ushered me into the lobby to the time I checked out I was greeted with smiles and warmth and willingness to help if needed. Young man named Bird at the pool area was exceptional with friendly chat and service. Only issues I had and they were dealt with promptly were the shower head malfunctioned and the power to the room went off after couple of days ( no one told me I needed to put a key card in the slot). "

"Check in and out was smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who we interacted with knew how to speak English. Our included breakfast was delicious and made quickly after ordering. Our room was clean and they provided free bottled water. All the important markets were within 1.5 miles or less from the hotel. I would definitely stay again!"
