You get bored of the atmosphere and drinking all the time digs into your money and you don’t want to do a lot the next day. Overall it was pretty good, met some nice people. But it is a party hostel. "This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and welcoming and organise walking tours of Chiang Mai on occasion to bring people together. The dining area and other outdoor areas are great for hanging out in and meeting the other travellers. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. The breakfast is simple but excellent and the kitchen appliances and utensils are available for cooking and storage of food. The hostel also has a great location."
