You are steps away from everything, but tucked away on a tiny street, so it's very quiet. I've stayed at several small hotels in Chiang Mai, and this is a favorite. "Really great place to stay. The woman upon checking in was so lovely and helped us with everything we needed, from renting a scooter, obtaining a taxi to the airport, and extending our stay. On down side is on the 3rd floor it's quite noisy from the birds on the room (they start at 5am!). Main level room was much better. "
