"We really enjoyed our stay in South London. The house was great and had everything we could possibly need. It was cosy and very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. She helped us every step of the way, answering questions about London, helped us with rental car & parking. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants & grocery. "Beautiful townhome that was well appointed. Host was very attentive and communicative. Furnishings were top notch, comfortable and clean. Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. Located next to train tracks but this was not an issue as the windows were truly sound proof. We did occasionally feel the vibration of the trains but that was not bothersome. In all,...

"We stayed in this house for Christmas and enjoyed our time. The location is convenient to get to stores, restaurants and the Underground. The previous reviews were spot on, though. The hot water runs out pretty quickly, so we scattered our showers. Also, there had been a previous accident in one of the bedrooms and we spent time trying to clean up the smell. That was disappointing, but we made the best of it. "
