"Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them."

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

The neighbouring doors slam shut so you’re awaken with a jolt each morning. The lighting is far too dim, supposedly to match the dark theme but nightclub lighting in the day doesn’t make sense. "We had a great stay, neighbors were so nice in helping us find the place! Note the entrance to the building is across from the building with the Hope, written on it. Great restaurants in the are easy access to the train. We did a lot of walking at night took the train, the bus. And Sal was great. Lots Road Pub!! Awesome food and service great beer!! "

"Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."

The only issue with the apartment is the full size bed. I missed that part in the description and it is small for 2 people and we are not big people. It would be unbearable for 2 plus sized individuals. The shower would probably be problematic as well."
