I was told it would be brought up even though I didn't mind waiting. I waited for about an hour and a half. When it still didn't come, I had to forget it because I'd be late for a tour. "

"Super hotel! Fantastic location, perfect for Houses of Parliament, National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column, Covent Garden and theatre land. Very pleasant staff, nicely decorated and nice ambiance. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. I stayed in a twin room with my teenage daughter and we were very happy with our three night stay. Complementary drinks and snacks in the room were great. Very reasonable cost though we didn’t pay for breakfast as lots of breakfast options at nearby Covent Garden. "
