"Hotel was lovely, staff were very helpful. A bit of confusion caused on check in. As registration forms were already filled in prior to arrival. However, not a big inconvenience. Rooms were tidy, and clean. Same price for all rooms. But no water, milk or sugar given in one. Reception was able to rectify efficiently. Rooms were cosy, and beds comfortable. Overall, an enjoyable night away."

"We chose this hotel based on the good reviews. Staff were really friendly & very attentive to our needs. We were given the option to pay for an upgrade at a discounted price but we chose to stay in the room we had originally selected. The room was a good size, modern, clean & comfortable. There were treats in the room which were replenished when our room was cleaned. The bathroom was really modern and had all the toiletries you’d need. "Had an amazing night with my partner for her birthday. The room was impeccable as were all of the staff with whom we interacted with. The breakfast was phenomenal, have to say the best cooked breakfast I've ever had. The scrambled eggs are soo tasty. But yes, a very pleasant and enjoyable evening in a an amazing room. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future."

"When I got to my room which was quite far down the corridor my room key didn’t work so I had to go back to reception. The guy apologised & offered me a free upgraded room that wasn’t such a trek to get to which was very much appreciated "

Not like Hotel California..you can actually leave!

"Greeted on arrival by courteous staff, who accepted baggage for storage prior to checkin.Room was clean and bed comfy for a good nights sleep.Room was at front overlooking roundabout but was surprisingly quiet inside and outside.Had an event at the International Centre that was a couple of minutes walk back to the hotel, so very convenient.Bathroom was Spotless and shower was used having plenty of hot water. Forgot my phone wall charger so would have been ideal to have a usb socket in the room, never mind.Overall Staff were friendly and service was good, would recommend this hotel and i would definitely stay again."
