"The staff was super and the location very convenient with lots of nearby places to eat. The hotel itself was a bit weary around the edges though well taken care of. When I was there in Oct 2024 they no longer do any food or bar service, just a pot of coffee in the morning. Don't expect fancy or modern, do expect friendly people and nearby eateries."

"They cancelled my booking and kept my money because I didn’t show by 6pm…3 minutes after I booked it online. If I had to show up by 6pm why was I allowed to book it for the same night? I arrived at 950pm. They marked it in their system as a no show. I am protesting Quality Inn and won’t starting at one again due to how they treat guests.
