"The hotel was excellent. My check in was very easy after a long flight and there was two bottles of water in the room so I could fall asleep. The room was good sized and the bed comfortable. The desk and a smaller desk with a stool were nice to have and demonstrates the size of this room. I had the breakfast included and it’s a choice of three items. "Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. Don't miss Huan Muen Jai and Khao Soi Mesai acclaimed restaurants literally arou d the corner!"

"Most importantly, it's called a bed and breakfast, but they don't do breakfast. I think they might have once upon a time, but not anymore. A change of name/description is needed!! It's misleading. On the whole, it's a beautiful place and the staff are amazing, but it misses the mark. It's about a ten minute walk to the old city which doesn't sound like much, but the road is super busy and no pavements. There are no kettles in the room. There is a pot of instant coffee and hot water you can use...

"We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."
