"The property and staff were wonderful, but there were some unexpected surprises. I did not know ahead of time that a car could not bring me directly to the hotel and I would have to take a boat. I enjoyed it much more on the return trip. All of the stuff was really wonderful, and I truly felt like I was an honored guest. "We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "
