"The hotel room was decent, the bathroom was clean and I had hot water running all through the day. The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis...

"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. "The reception was too slow to check me in. The service was ok. The bathroom of room number 306 where I stayed doesn’t have a slope to allow the water to seep away. The washroom got filled with water because of that reason. Location is excellent but security measures don’t allow access to corridor directly hence one needs to go around the galis to reach gate no 4."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!!
