"We stayed here as part of our honeymoon! They made us feel very special and our trip was very memorable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, varied and the flavours were great! We ate at 2 of the restaurants (The Grill & La Plage) both were fantastic! Plenty of family friendly activities and areas which was lovely to see. "Great property and service. Everything is wonderful until check out. They asked us to waited 10-15 minutes for them to check the room, making sure we didn’t take anything. It is insulting for a 5 stars hotel that we paid over $250 a night to make sure we didn’t steal anything. That is a 2-3 stars mentality "

"Our stay at the Pullmans Da Nang Beach Resort was very good. We enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel from the restaurants, the bars and the pool. There were some problems with a number of the staff who did not speak English, especially at breakfast where it was difficult to order a pot of tea and this happened on most days during our 7 night stay. "We stayed at villa with two bed rooms. There are plenty of space for two adults and two children( 11 years and 13 years). We really enjoyed private pool and also main pool. Hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many choices and food were very yummy. My husband and I had 60 mins traditional body massage at hotel spa. "High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel."

"After staying at the Hyatt Regency resort for a few days we decided to check into the Five Villas for one night. It was the best decision ever. The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Also breakfast the next day was prepared and served inside the villa without additional charge. Beach access was right there. I wish we could've stayed additional nights. "

"Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks. "

"Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable."
