"This hotel is the best! We got the family room on the 3rd floor with a view of the plaza. The room is very clean and the entire hotel is very clean and organized well. The reception is efficient and helpful. The hotel has a lot of history and they’ve done a great job to preserve it. We spent the new years there. It is located in the center of everything. Everything is within walking distance. We highly recommend this place. You really have to book it way ahead of time to get the best room. Room 310 and room 206 (good luck)!"

"We stayed at a room with a balcony and the view was actually amazing. The breakfast is basic but good. The service is good too as I asked them for help to print something and it was so quick and easy. What I love is the location as it is 2 mins away from the train station. We were there for New Year and we get to see the city's fireworks from the balcony. However, this hotel does not provide a kettle nor a fridge so if you do need them, you might be able to ask the staff for help. There is a vending machine just near the lift if you do need a drink. This hotel is also near a lot of shops and there is a tram just in front of the hotel that goes straight to the city centre. "

"We contacted the hotel to see if we could drop off our bags early and they said yes. When we arrived 2 hours early, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in then which was a pleasant surprise! They had free bottles of water in the room for us and bedroom shoes. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job in cleaning our room. The hotel was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay."

"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. Emmanuel was even on the phone with airlines trying to assist us in rebooking our alternative flights back to the US. Can’t wait to stay there again during our next visit and will recommend them to all our friends. Ciao’. "
