"Greeted by an incredible, professional and friendly team, who remembered us from the last time we stayed at Hotel Santa Maria Novella (coming in from a long train ride, this moment brightened our day). Our room has a beautiful view of Santa Maria Novella and the square, full of great restaurant options, shops and sites (all in walking distance). The room itself is spacious, impeccable decor, comfortable and filled with all of the amenities. I might have a hard time leaving, this is such a great hotel filled with such wonderful people "
