"We really like the location and the staffs. Especially, Marrianna K is so helpful, She goes above and beyond her duties.She helped us so much from the time we checked in, reserving all the restaurants, the driver for the outing. She is so kind and patience. Leornado Palerma is also very helpful and friendly too. We will go back to this hotel again if we visit Florence. the breakfast is fantastic and its healthy. "My 5 night stay at Croce Di Malta was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the public spaces were clean and inviting. I was fortunate to get a balcony room with a wonderful view and also spacious, well-kept with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with multiple types of coffee and other drinks, and quality hot and cold food selections. I'd stay again if in Florence and recommend highly. It's also near the train station and lots of restaurants in short walking distance."
