"This hotel was wonderful. Very clean and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in they have a great attitude. The room itself is very spacious and nice. Everything is updated in the shower is amazing. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at."

"Quick overnight stay and it was just what I needed. Check in staff was super welcoming and friendly. Clean, comfortable and Elephant and Castle restaurant right downstairs! Other amenities nearby. Price was right for a stay downtown. "

"All of the employees are very courteous and helpful. We were on the 19th floor and the main elevators only went to 18 and we had to ge tour and take another elevator to the 19th floor. Also for security you must use your key to go up or down at any time in the elevator. I appreciate the security and it is unfortunate we have to do this. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day unless requested and that is fine but we were only left clean towels and soaps and I asked for garbage to be emptied. "
