"I wanted to leave an amazing review on one particular person that exceeded my expectations and went above and way beyond my expectations staying for two days. Her name is Yulianna and she is the front desk supervisor. Upon reaching out with a simple question, she exceeded my expectations with her response and showed me that she took extreme pride in her job and responsibilities by checking in on me making sure I was OK and providing top-notch customer service.! I have a disability and she made sure to take great care of me and my concerns. She is an asset to the Hilton family and an exceptional employee. I felt like I was treated like family and all of my concerns whether small or big were responded to within within minutes and not put on the back burner. She made sure that I had everything I needed and I am very grateful for her caring for me and going above and beyond during my stay. I do hope that this review reaches the proper channels and correct managers that are above her to give her the recognition she deserves!"
