They were packed away in a bag and ready for me when I picked it up. "The Extended Stay hotel suites my needs just fine; clean, everything worked (I had to switch to this hotel immediately, the one I was staying at none of the tvs on their property worked!) I just wish they had a Keurig coffee maker. I stayed in a hotel in LA recently that had a mini Keurig looked like was made for hotels. But for the most part I recommend this hotel. "
