"I love the lap pool on the roof top, it allows me to exercise effectively. I also like the running track nearby at El Batan park, it is half a mile per lap. The room is modern, convenient, the shower is excellent. We asked for an extra desk chair for my husband at the long desk; very convenient. We also asked for a desk lamp, it was very helpful. "Review tips This is one of the of the best experiences that we had. Fernanda is one of the sweetest girl that l have met, attended, welcoming and Antonio as well they made use feel like if we where their family . The hotel was super clean, the food was delicious including the breakfast had a buffet and variety of food to order. They have a 24 hours cafe central with a variety of drinks, food, beer and wine. All staff are friendly. I will definitely come back again and I will recommend."

"The property was excellent, but had an issue, I was given my key to room 510, as I approached the room, a lady was at the door, she said she had just checked in, imagine if I had opened the door! I headed back to front desk, was given a new room, but it was embarrasing, why would they give me a room without making sure it was unnocupied?"

"The only problem is the food . It’s is so bad and before the food was amazing . We stayed two weeks and tried to eat at the hotel instead of going out and that’s impossible the food is so bad . Hopefully they will get it like before . We stay three times a year at this hotel and the last three times . The food was bad The years before the food was amazing . "
