Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así. Está en muy buena ubicación, tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer, hacer compras, tomar café, tomar cerveza, tacos, etc.

Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

Es mi segunda visita,la verdad es que repitieron los mismos errores de la primera vez. No habia toallas, y la habitación en la que me quedé me.fue imposible dormir y descansar debido al ruido. El tiembre demasiado fuerte,y ni hanlar del personal. El chico de recepción es increíble,mis respetos para él.

La ubicación fue ideal y las instalaciones son tranquilas. A pesar de estar totalmente ocupado no hubo demasiado ruido. El personal es sumamente amable y atento. Tiene varios detalles de construcción, a pesar de ser nuevo: la ventana no podía abrirse ni cerrarse con facilidad, la cortina está mal instalada y la regadera provoca que se salga el agua hacia el resto del baño. Y lo peor, el wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

Arriving at the property, my room was dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper, I had to go down to ask for it in the lobby, the guys at reception were very attentive, very cordial, especially the gentleman, I don't remember his name but he is a very attentive and nice guy, the maids saw us and did not come to clean the rooms, the place is very nice but the maids are very unprofessional

CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL!!! No respetan las reservaciones , el dia que iba ha er check in me ma daron WhatsApp para decirme que no me iban a recibir cuando yo ya tenia mis planes y mi itinerario. No es una propiedad de confiaza no lo recomiendo. Cuidado deberian de meterles sanciopor hacer esos malos movimietos.
