"Great value for the cost. Self check-in was super convenient, and the neighborhood is the best in CDMX in my opinion. Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right. "

"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."
