"Wanted a place near Kennedy Space Center for a couple of days for 5-6 people, including teens, and 2 dogs. (ended up not bringing the dogs, but Tom was very helpful prior regarding questions!) Must have realistic expectations; it's not the Hilton! Very basic accommodations in an old Florida home. Would have liked more updated options in the kitchen and newer/more comfortable mattresses, but it worked. Tom was very responsive and helpful when there were a couple of small issues. "

"The property was just as it said in the listing. It gave everyone ranging in age from newborn to 50 a place of to be themselves. It was close to many great restaurants and stores, and just a short jaunt to Orlando for all of those experiences. We were also able to experience two Space X launches that we could watch right off of the balcony. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. The host was very responsive as well when we had a question."

"Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."

"Fished just about every day out our back door. Made lots of memories with the grandkids. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids. The outdoor shower and foot wash were extremely helpful. Kitchen was equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Master king bed was nice and firm. The two bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "We had a great stay. The house was just the right size for our 3 day stay. Too bad it was raining and we were not able to enjoy our coffee in the backyard. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions. The beds were very comfortable, the main bathroom was upgraded. The couch was super soft and swallowed you up. The house is not a new build and maintains its old Florida charm."
