"This was our 2nd time staying here, first time was in March and we just checked out today. Hotel staff and rooms are very nice. The restaurant on the other hand is quite slow, both times we were there. We had to ask for our menus on more than one occasion. I’d suggest going somewhere else to eat. One time we waited over 5 minutes for a menu and we were the only table. "

"This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything else was amazing but I will not be coming back. She was rude to everyone that came to ask her a question."
