"We had a great time in Melbourne Beach! The house is walking distance to the beach for sunrise and the intercoastal for sunsets, a few restaurants, and a nice market. The house was roomy, and the pool was a perfect bonus. "

"very clean and enjoyed the pool. Decor a little dated .We r used to a towel service- Could have used new towels. Beds comfortable . Would suggest xtra blankets and throws new pillows on the couch as well , kithchen pretty well supplied although could not find any scissors. Would also suggest take out menu's or info on attractions/beaches /shops in the area . Beach chairs dated . Plenty of room in each bedroom and quick response from owner, Overall nice place"

"Great overall stay. Just wished that the 1 king bedroom upstairs was not attached to the bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Other than that there was plenty of things to do and a nice back porch to hang out. "

"We absolutely adore this beautiful home. It is quiet, a perfect distance from the beach, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. Great beds (and boy does that make a difference!). The check in and communication with the owner was top notch with zero issues. The home had absolutely everything we could have asked for (and more), including front row seats for a rocket launch from the pool! Don't pass this one up, you will love it like we do! we will certainly be back! "
