"We stayed at Hotel Villas Las Anclaves for two weeks. We loved our stay!! The 2 level villa unit was very clean and comfortable. The spiral stairs were manageable, as we have no mobility issues. We made sure to navigate them without sandals, that made us more sure footed. The courtyard was beautiful and kept clean. "This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...

"Love Casa Mex. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is not what it used to be, still good but, very sad. My first time not staying in an ocean view room. The courtyard can get a little noisy in the morning and evening. I did have a little view of the cruise ships. I was comfy."

"Great place to stay in Cozumel A friendly enviroment with everything needed for a vacation in San Miguel Great value for the cost, comfortable bed very clean, hot water and all wrapped up in a unique boutique hotel. "We stayed in one of the villas and had a great stay! Spacious 3 bed 4 bath unit, super clean, friendly staff and central to everything. A short few minute drive to the beach and coastline. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower, but other than that, a great stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great stay!"

"Highly Recommended! The experience exceeded expectations. The service and facilities were excellent. All staff were professional and genuinely caring. Their personal greetings and warm smiles made us feel at home every day. The Gaviotas Restaurant was the great start of the day with a great selection of breakfast menu (must try the delicious buffet) and how to forget the amazing authentic lunch and dinner menu selection! Staff was always so attentive and ensured that we had an amazing time every day. The Cuzamil Restaurant experience was unforgettable! My family will be forever grateful to all the special Servers, talented Chef and to the Capitán Don Jorge for making every dinner so memorable and making my family feel special. "

Very nice property - enjoyed the stay

"The property is very nice, although a bit far from town (10 min drive). The views are beautiful and rooftop pool is amazing. Manager was prompt but we did have issues with low supplies at times. But they were always prompt. The description when I rented said it slept 10 but there were only beds for 8 -- the couch did not fold out. So, that was a bummer. Otherwise, it is a very beautiful condo and enjoyable stay. "

Amazing, beautiful, wonderful

"The villa is just off the road (highway) connecting west and east side of island. Enough out of town to make you feel like you're in the jungle. The birds and lizards are super cool too see and hear as you eat the breakfast made by the onsite chef and brought to your villa in the morning. The host was really great at getting us everything we needed such as rental car, ebikes, suggestions on the island and activities. The villa itself was so clean and with the a/c was very comfortable. The inside pool we had was just warm enough you could sit in it and just cool enough to cool you off after the hot day. It is truly a wonderful place to stay on the island. We were able to cruise the east side of the island and take a dip and another day enjoy one of the beach clubs on the west side of the island. This villa is perfectly located. Provides privacy, amenities and the nicest staff you've ever meet! Stay, you won't be disappointed."

Very relaxing

"Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates."
